Job description

We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for our busy client. This individual will work directly with the CEO to support responsibilities such as project coordination, event planning and client correspondence. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in administrative work, and experience in event planning, coordinating and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Take and distribute messages.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Draft and type correspondence.
  • Maintain appointment calendars.
  • File documents.
  • Transcribe dictation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
