As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

- Process orders for business office and admission supplies for centers that go through home office such as letterhead, envelopes, event support, packaging deliveries for center, etc.
- Answer phones, keep employee directory up to date
- Tracking home office supplies, ordering and putting supplies in the appropriate places
- Managing in house and external deposits
- Prepare/receive FedEx packages
- Mail (including distribution)
- Process faxes in a timely manner
- Schedules conference rooms and phone lines
- Run errands for the office, for example- trips to store, lunches for meetings, etc.
- Check kitchens daily and make sure they are tidy and dishwashers are unloaded
- Handle travel and meeting arrangements
- Assist with audits as needed
- Data gathering, formatting, and proofreading
- Assist with document retention
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Highly motivated individual capable of working independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and articulate ideas verbally and through writing.
- Ability to work well with others and interact easily with a variety of health care professionals.
- Ability to meet deadlines and conform to organizational policies.
- Possess a high level of integrity.
- Required to sit, stand, walk, and bend repetitively.
- Required to push, pull and lift objects greater than 30 pounds at times.
- Works in an environment that may host noise, activity, interruptions, and other distractions or events.
