Job description
Currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant for
Towanda, PA accounting firm. Job duties include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- General operating tasks
- Manage workflow and communications between accounting staff and clientele
- Provide general support to accounting staff
- Process tax returns
Job qualifications include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite , including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- One year receptionist experience
- High school diploma or business college degree
Occasional Overtime hours during busy tax season (February- April) will be required including some Saturdays. However, the hours during May- October will be flexible.

Excellent compensation and benefits package, based on experience $30k-$50k

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
