Information on the Open Position:
The administrative assistant would work in our local office located on Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS. This person will work directly with the owner as his personal assistant helping him in the day to day operations of this branch office. The administrative assistant will work in the following areas:
- Help with day to day office operations
- Email clients and advisors
- Printing, Copying, Faxing, Scanning
- Communicate with current clients via phone and email
- Run weekly reports
- Cover for front desk receptionist from time to time
- Assist owner with follow up scheduling
- Communicate with external partner companies for client servicing
The right candidate will be personable, professional, punctual, organized, able to multi-task and is great at paying attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher is required.
Employees have paid holiday and sick time that begins accruing immediately with each pay period, a matching company retirement plan after 1 year of service.
