Lucosky Brookman LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Iselin, New Jersey office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our administrative management with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include supporting the administrative management to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Organize meetings for Administration and maintain calendars
  • Composing documents on behalf of Administration
  • Coordinating shipping
  • Ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining office conditions
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Liaise with faculty management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Create and maintain electronic filing systems
  • Create various reports and lists for the Marketing and Business Development departments

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
