Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software – Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational & communication skills with ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, emails and mailing.
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
