We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to provide personalized administrative support for a recruiting business in a well-organized and timely manner.

THE POSITION
You will work on a one-on-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life, communication, and business. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support.
In addition, you will play a critical role in talent sourcing and recruiting activities by coordinating and managing all the various sourcing channels, recruitment marketing tools, recruiting pipelines, and talent pool. Activities include reviewing applications, initial screening communication, and regularly interacting with both active and passive candidates. In Essence you will:
- Screen and direct phone calls, requests and queries and distribute correspondence appropriately
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
- Send communications to candidates, clients, and partners
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients and candidates
- Follow up on referrals
- Produce reports and presentations
- Monitor and maintain database
- Keep track of pre-defined metrics and report on them
- Manage and screen suitable talent through inbound sourcing channels
In addition, you might also:
- Work together with the recruiter to research and define talent personas
- Draft and send out recruitment marketing messages
- Co-develop, coordinate, and implement talent sourcing strategy
- Promote our Employer Brand with reach out and marketing
- Assist in marketing communication to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
