- Has work experience in a medical office
- Has experience with quality assurance and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures
- Values punctuality
- Has initiatives and the capacity to anticipate needs around the office.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Has superb command of the English language, oral and written, others do not need to apply.
- Preferably bilingual- English-Spanish.
- Knowledgeable of, excel, word, familiar with collecting and analyzing data.
- Assists with billing.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Learns quickly
- Flexibility and cooperativeness are a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
