Job description
The incumbent will perform a variety of administrative tasks including organizational planning, time management, assisting with key projects, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and travel. In addition, this position will be responsible for coordinating projects that may involve personnel at all levels of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter data, maintain records, and potentially create reports and/or invoices.
- Work with leadership to improve record keeping and client purchase order management.
- Complete special projects, as requested by the HR Manager.
- Communicating with clients to discuss collections and escalation management.
- General oversight and management of corporate and contractor travel.
· Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
· Assists with benefits administration.
· Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.
· Audit and validation of all received time records.
· Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
- Serve as backup for payroll and onboarding.
· Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.

As part of his/her function, contribution to the achievement of Global Partner Solution’s objectives for the position of Accounting Technician is measured using the following key indicators:
· Coordination – Projects, Travel, etc.
· Documentation – Accurate and error free reports, correspondence, and invoices
· Efficiency – Time management, deadlines met, remain in budget requirements (if applicable)
REQUIREMENTS
· High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proficient bookkeeping and research skills
· Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Strong computer skills in a Windows environment. Microsoft Business Central a definite asset.
· Organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.
SKILLS
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Visio and Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics, and Power BI are an asset)
· CRM/ATS experience preferred
· Exemplary communication skills both verbal and written

· Business acumen; constant concern for respecting the Company’s mission, the quality of service, and deadlines
· Ability to adapt: Sense of urgency in day-to-day work

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
· Permanent full-time position. Weekly working hours can sometimes exceed the standard 40 hours.
· Work environment: Primarily business-facing environment
· Based in Wichita at US Head Office
· Salary: $42,000 - $45,000
