CSC is seeking qualified candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with Front Desk Reception responsibilities for our SPV Management team (SPV Team) within CSC’s Global Financial Markets (GFM) business unit. Our SPV team works closely with clients to help them establish and maintain entities and Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPV”) domiciled in Delaware. Our clients form SPVs for a variety of reasons, and we take on managing the corporate administration, accounting and other back office requirements so our clients can focus on running their businesses.
Most importantly, the selected candidate will provide superior client service; providing timely and accurate delivery of service, maintaining comprehensive client records on our CRM, and communicating professionally with the team and clients throughout the service model.
The Administrative Assistant position with Front Desk Reception responsibilities will support a Fortune 500 client’s special purpose entities and transactional work, as well as, meeting and greeting visitors to the site, and supporting additional administrative tasks as needed. This includes responding to client requests, working with CSC partners to have documents reviewed by legal, signed by the appropriate party, notarized, and apostilled as needed, maintaining SPV Team’s digital records, collecting SPV fees, and working with a third party vendor to secure and maintain virtual office space.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the site with a positive and helpful attitude
- Receiving in courier packages, mail, and faxes; coordinating timely pickup by the appropriate team members
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining high level of confidentiality regarding client and client activities
- Organizing the workflow to meet client’s timeframes and demands
- Researching and analyzing legal documents
- Managing daily deliverables related to client projects.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client data in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Assigning officers and managers to SPV entities where needed
- Securing virtual office space from third party
- Obtaining or applying signatures to documents upon review by legal team
- Reviewing and responding to client requests
- Coordinating accurate billing
- Working collaboratively with other CSC teams
- Promoting process improvements where applicable
