We are looking for a friendly and reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks supporting our CEO and our sales department. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
About the Job - Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments for our busy sales team
- Assist with compiling and initiating global leads for sales representatives (warm calling). *COMMISSION *
- Learn and assist team with camera and access control software
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain business social media accounts
- Book travel arrangements as needed
- Assist with estimates and job documentation as needed
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
About You:
- You are friendly with an upbeat attitude who LOVES the details
- You have knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- You are proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- You have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Your attention to detail problem solving skills is impeccable
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You enjoy talking to people and are interested in the sales process
- You are a quick learner with different technology and software
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- You have experience in the security industry OR are interested in learning more about it
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
