Chester County Eye Care has been a leader in eye care throughout Chester County and the surrounding area for over 45 years. With offices in West Chester, Exton, West Grove and Malvern we provide an extensive range of eye care services for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disorders, LASIK, diabetic eye care, complete eye exams and more. We are looking for a friendly qualified candidate to join our administrative department.

We're looking for a patient , energetic and professional Administrative Assistant who values attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Practice Administrator but will work closely with multiple staff members in many departments within our practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the healthcare industry and the day to day operations. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment and willing to be a part of our group and have a passion for excellence. This is an entry level position with growth potential
A bachelors degree in Healthcare Management , Human Resources or related fields a plus
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain our Electronic Medical Records System
- Support the management team with various programs
- Help support with human resource functions and employment searches
- Prepare reports on request and have strong computer skills
- Office equipment and supplies
- Maintain filing for various departments
- Assist with staff training enrollments and meetings
- Help with inventory replenishment
