Job Title: Administrative Assistant CHO (Chief Happiness Officer)

Hornell, NY Monday - Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the team


  • Maintaining and organizing files and records

  • Answering phones and directing calls

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Aiding in marketing tasks

  • Customer Factor data entry and organization

  • Collections, and AM rewards reports

  • Quickbooks entry, reports, and recordkeeping

  • Creating budgets

  • Gathering supplies

  • Office organization and cleanliness,


Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Strong attention to detail
