Job Summary:
Responsibilities include managing office operations, performing clerical task, providing support for Social Workers, assisting with data entry, and maintaining tracking sheets with program information, (i.e. movements/intake log / case related documentation). There will be occasional after hours work needed for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients as they arrive at office.
- Organize and Distribute mail.
- Prepare / Copy / Distribute face sheets (new intakes). Complete and distribute initial paperwork required with new intakes, format case records for new intakes, and perform data entry activities.
- Copy and distribute completed inter-office forms.
- Maintain files and coordinate archive process for closed files
- Manage Petty Cash fund for the office.
- Organize and schedule sign-out book for conference rooms, family rooms, agency vehicles.
- Monitor equipment and supplies for re-order for the location
- Maintain Weekly vacancy reports & caseload list for program supervisor
- Miscellaneous word processing, photo-copying, and faxing for Caseworkers, Supervisors, etc.
- Any other related duties as required.
About You

- You have a minimum HS diploma (AA preferred)
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- You have exceptional organizational and communication skills

Schedule: Position is Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, Some evening hours are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
