In order to strengthen our team in Mt. Prospect, IL, the position of a COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT is vacant.
Skills/Qualification:
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Team player with good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Assure that administrative procedures and policies established by VP of Compliance are implemented and followed.
- Process licensing applications.
