Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant for our Court Reporting/Transcription Department, located in Atlanta, GA(remote).Functions:
The Administrator II is a support position providing general administrative support, operation of office and communications equipment, and other support duties as assigned.
May also provide support in specialized technical disciplines.
Knowledge of desktop computers and associated standard software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified, motivated professional for the position of Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The selected candidate will serve as the Administrative Assistant for a Division Manager. They will be responsible for:
Plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complicated tasks independently and without supervision.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Microsoft Word.
Utilize excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to include a friendly, helpful and respectful attitude, a willingness to assist others and a determination to solve problems and meet all given deadlines.
Respond timely to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for assistance.
Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure a timely resolution.
Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Ability to create and maintain filing systems and to organize and neatly manage documents according to relevant regulations.
The ability to perform responsibilities with a high degree of discretion for handling sensitive and confidential information
The ability to take initiative and communicate effectively. Possesses excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with high levels of management.
Ability to organize and arrange presentations; schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Works well in teams with customers and other staff members.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Compare and correct transcribed reports of audio recordings.
Assign and track work assignments to subcontractors.
Additional requirements will be discussed at interview.
Education: AA degree in a related area (or equivalent), or 2 to 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
