Job Description
The Department of Biology and Toxicology invites applications for qualified adjunct instructors to begin teaching spring semester 2024. Potential courses are: Human Biology; Ecology and the Human Environment; Field Zoology; Anatomy and Physiology; Pharmacology and Toxicology. All courses are to be taught on-campus except for Human Biology which may be taught online or in person. All courses will include lecture and lab components except for Pharmacology and Toxicology which is lecture only. Scheduling is flexible including the possibility of evening sections.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in some field of biology with at least 18 hours of graduate biology coursework is required. Education and other master’s degrees are not acceptable substitutes. Teaching experience at the college level is preferred. Other specific experience may be expected for teaching particular courses.
