Located in Chittenden, Vermont, our 4-season luxury resort is continually expanding operations. As a result, we're looking to hire team members for new and existing position. Mountain Top Resort is seeking to hire a seasonal full-time Activities Coordinator. This position reports to the Operations Director, and helps to coordinate the summer activities offered to guests at the resort.

This job entails but is not limited to:

• Operation of the clay bird shooting program, pontoon boat roads, all waterfront activities and lawn games, and their daily upkeep
• Teaching clay bird shooting lessons to guests, and stocking of equipment
• Driving the pontoon boat for scenic tours of the reservoir, and the maintenance and upkeep of the waterfront area including grounds and equipment
• Maintenance and upkeep of all lawn games, their equipment, and grounds
• Daily maintenance of pool area
• Special projects and other tasks as needed

We are seeking candidates that:

• Have the ability to handle firearms in a safe and proper manner
• Have the ability to teach the specifics of shooting at clay targets
• Understand the safe and proper operation of the boat, including having a boater's safety certificate depending on the birth date of the driver
• Have previous experience with both firearms and customer service
• Are CPR certified (preferred, but not required)
• Have reliable transportation
• Have the ability to work weekends if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
