Job Description Accounts Receivable Manager The Accounts Receivable Manager's responsibility is to ensure that all KQH receivables are collected and accounted for. They will develop and adhere to policies and procedures that promote not only timely receivables, but also respectful customer interaction. The AR Manager is responsible for building relationships with in-house accounts that support both sales and collections. They manage and promote sales drivers such as Ace Rewards and special third-party consumer financing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Reconcile Daily Deposits • Manage In-House accounts o Credit checks o Implement procedures that account for proper invoicing and receivables o Develop policy for collections and handling delinquent accounts o Set and meet goals for total AR days and dollars out o Organize and maintain detailed documentation of AR applications, exemption forms, and any other pertinent information o Communicate with customers about their account and account status o Manage Monthly Statements • Oversee companywide consumer financing and documentation • Manage customer Ace Rewards balances • Identify, track, and collect unpaid merchandise (invoices, quotes, special orders, suspended transactions) • Ensure all intercompany transfers are accounted for and completed • Oversee product registrations • Monitor actions of associates that use Point of Sale and work with Store Managers to improve skills (if needed) through training and discussion Ver9.22 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence and communicate clearly effectively at all levels in all situations. • Demonstrate proficiency in expense control. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail • Strong negotiation skills • Strong leadership and analytical skills • Brand development and marketing management experience with an emphasis on retail • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel, ability to learn other retail computer systems PHYSICAL DEMANDS • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk, see, and hear • The position can require various physical demands.

These demands include but are not limited to sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. PAY CLASSIFICATION AND HOURS Hourly • Not exempt from Overtime, any recorded time over 40 hours per work week will be paid in Overtime Full-Time • 35-39 hours per week • Any recorded time over 40 will be paid in OT • Paid Time Off policy applies (see KQH Handbook)
