Our client, a publically held life sciences and research company, is urgently seeking to add a skilled Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist to their Accounting & Finance team.

This role is an open-ended, long-term contract. Hybrid role - 2 days per week in the Billerica office, 3 days remote.

Reports to the A/R Lead in the Billerica office. This role will work with all U.S. company entities and with the Service Center in Poland.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Management, Analysis, and Dispute Resolution of A/R across company entities nation-wide.
• Assist in the program management of aged receivable reduction of accounts/ invoices in dispute management.
• Actively assist in the review, analysis, and resolution of aged invoice disputes / aged accounts.
• Provide timelines for completion, actions to resolution and through to completion of disputed Aged AR.
• Develop and report on key metrics for the program to leaders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in the Order to Cash functions of Order Management, Shared Services and Sales to resolve disputes.

Requirements / Necessary Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years AR dispute resolution work experience within a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated AR Program or Project Management experience
• Proven knowledge of Order to Cash processes
• Collection and dispute management experience
• Valid US Driver’s License in good standing
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident status
• May be able to pass security clearance.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
