Essential Functions and Responsibilities; include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Perform daily and weekly reconciliations
2. Enter Weekly/Monthly pricing contracts into the ERP system
3. Work with Retail customers on processing pricing changes
4. Audit pricing contracts
5. Work with sales team to define pricing structure for company products
6. Enter and reconcile the daily deposit – entering credit and debit memos
7. Verify validity of claims/shortages/etc.
8. Investigate and resolve irregularities and inquiries
9. Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
10. Accounting Continuous Improvement Projects assigned by supervisor
11. Work through Accounts Receivable inbox daily
12. Generate and send out invoices and account statements
13. Work with bookkeeping software
14. Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
15. Communicate with customers via phone and emailRequirements

Education and/or Experience:
- Two-year Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Aptitude for match, proficiency with computers
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
- Must be able to operate a 10-key calculator.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferably experience with Excel
- Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills is a must.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
