Duties include receiving vendor bills and entering them in QuickBooks. Preparing weekly check runs. Follow up with vendors. Audit open Purchase Orders.
Required Skills:
· Highly motivated and pay attention to detail
· Government contract knowledge is a plus
· Proficient in Quickbooks
· Advanced 10-Key
· Advanced MS Office
· Ability to multi-task and practice time management with little to no supervision
· Strategic thinker
