Blank Family Communities (BFC) is a full-service third-party property management company that operates all aspects of real estate while keeping our clients fully informed of their asset(s).

To be successful in the AP manager role, you must be a dependable, self-driven and analytical problem solver with attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Accounts Payable Department
• Maintain positive cash balances, and provide cashflow analysis/ forecast
• Ensure that financial obligations are met efficient
• Oversee data entry, validation, and coding of invoices
• Oversee all tax related processes, including 1099s for vendors
• Keep track of financial expenditure, maintain database info and report as necessary
• Standardize procedures to generate efficiency and create internal templates
• Participate with customer service, providing timely and accurate communication
• Thoughtfulness, problem solving and continuous improvement

Skills

• Work experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting/Treasury. AP Manager or/and analyst
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software a plus!

Salary

• The salary range is between $65,000 - $72,000.
• 401K, HSA, Health, and Dental insurance plans are available

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
