iHeartMediaJob Summary:
Provides administrative support in one or more of several specialty areas within the Finance and Accounting function including: Cost Accounting, Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, Tax, Audit, Accounting Services and Centralized Transactions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for customer support for all divisions. Customers to include internal (staff at local markets/corporate office) and external (iHeart vendors).
Provide information such as status of payments on invoices and check information to vendors.
Research vendor statements/past due notices/unidentified mail.
Process check void/reissue requests.
Organize incoming emails and stage for processing.
Use appropriate systems to conduct research and respond/resolve inquiries within department guidelines.
Identify and escalate appropriate issues to management as needed.
Assist with special projects or support tasks, as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of AP experience (prefer some experience in high volume environment)
Minimum 1 year Customer Service support in high volume environment
Minimum data entry skills 8,000 to 9,000 ksph
Other:
Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strong sense of accountability and sound personal judgement.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team.
Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
PeopleSoft experience a plus.
Acrobat Adobe experience a plus.
Basic Excel skill level (Intermediate skill level a plus)
Team player qualities (reliable, communicate with confidence, adapts quickly/easily, ability to work on projects collaboratively)
