UACL Logistics, LLC a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings Inc. is in search of candidates to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk opening within their corporate office located in Warren, MI.

UACL Logistics, LLC provides Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield, Reefer and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation Universal Truckload has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents and owner operators. Our stability and experience within the industry has been proven with our continued growth, year after year.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Communicating with contractors and agents
• Explain payment amounts and deduction information
• Responsible for paying out up to 80% of the revenue billed to contractors or carriers
• Fast paced—responsible for processing certain volumes daily
• Verify trip report miles match the system and that fuel receipts are with paperwork to give fuel credit
• Answer phones calls and emails and ha

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• One year experience in a related office setting
• Strong math skills and logic
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• High attention to detail, accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
