Description: Robinson Oil Corporation, dba Rotten Robbie, is looking for an Account Payable Clerk to join the
Accounting team in our corporate office. This is a full-time position, responsible for timely processing of invoices.

General Responsibilities:

• Receive and load AP invoices for approval in Laserfiche
• Monitor approval process and import approved invoices into accounting system
• Prepare checks and ACH payments
• Maintain supply & transport costs in accounting system
• Import fuel loads and enter bulk shipments
• Reconcile pipeline inventory
• Verify/input EFTs to suppliers
• Bill for fuel loads
• Other duties to support the accounting team as assigned

Requirements: Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
• 10-key
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Excellent computer skills
• Superior organizational skills – must be detail oriented
• Must be dependable
