Our company is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to help manage our accounts payable process. This position requires a lot of independent work, including documentation, filing and record-keeping, as well as collaboration with other internal departments. The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing responsibilities.
- Assist with the setup of accounts payable systems.
- Track incoming invoices and payments.
- Pay invoices when necessary.
- Organize files and documents.
- Manage accounts payable budgets and expenditures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
