About the Position:

This position is responsible for supporting the Shared Services Accounting function for our global locations. Primary responsibilities include execution of month-end close tasks, reconciliation of key shared service balance sheet accounts, and billings & cash applications.

Essential Job Functions:

· Perform assigned month-end close tasks within timelines provided.

· Perform key balance sheet reconciliations monthly and within due dates.

· Enter billings and apply cash receipts for new construction divisions.

· Manage all fixed assets in North America and related postings to general ledger.

· Post all payroll entries and accruals for the month.

· Adhoc requests to support shared services team as needed.

· Support Project Accounting team (set-up projects, project entries, etc)

Required Qualifications:

· 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting

· Strong communication skills

· Adherence to internal control processes

· Analytical ability

· Ability to thrive in diverse, collaborative, team-oriented environment where change occurs

· Undergraduate degree in accounting required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Required)
