Description:
The Accounting Operations Specialist will report to the Financial Operations Associate Manager. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, organized and have a strong understanding of internal controls. This role will support the day to day processing of customer payments, researching issues, and aid in the periodic reporting of customer payments.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and reconciling customer payments globally
• Reviewing internal an external payments requests for accuracy and validity
• Analyze existing bank accounts and compare to financial records to determine which items remain open
• Assist with different cleanup projects related to AR and Escheatment
• Collaboration with cross functional teams to find new solutions and resolve process related issues
• Special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in an accounting or operations role
• Experience with Accounts Payable or Account Receivable Processing is a plus
• Experience with Tableau and Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus
• Ability to work with large amounts of data - At minimum must know how to use Pivot tables, vlookup, and other advanced functions to manage data
• Comfortable preparing journal entries
• Experience with Tableau and Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus

• You think in terms of automation and how processes can be streamlined

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
