Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Compensation: $23-$26 an hour
Job Summary:
Established non-profit organization looking for a part time Accounting Clerk (15-20 hours/week) to join their team. This role is responsible for data entry and generating accounts receivable reports. The ideal candidate would need to have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Maintain deposit register
- Create and distribute monthly CC Activity reports
- Maintain accounting files
- Monthly tracking of Use Tax Filing
- Monitor Accounts Receivables
- General Ledger Entries
- Assist with additional projects as need
Job Title Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting at a support level
- General administrative and office experience
- Strong Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast paced work environment
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
