Job description
  • Audit and process daily sales transactions from Fareharbor and Square (cash, credit card and vouchers); reconcile and post to Excel spreadsheet and QuickBooks.
  • Perform all Accounts Payable activities including posting all invoices received from vendors to QuickBooks and processing invoices for payment as they become due.
  • Perform and manage the Accounts Receivable process including invoicing affiliates in Fareharbor and QuickBooks; following up and working with affiliates to manage delinquent accounts as needed; pursuing and resolving any remittance discrepancies.
  • Obtain credit card receipts, reconcile to monthly credit card statement, and post transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Run month end reports for DOT and DLNR and prepare and submit required monthly and annual documents to the appropriate government agencies.
  • Prepare required monthly reports for CPA, upload reports and QuickBooks file to server, restore QuickBooks file when completed; process reports, and payments as instructed by CPA.
  • Keep track of all vehicle and trailer registration and safety check deadlines and work with Operations Team to keep all documents updated.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities or special projects as required
  • Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the needs of the department

Education Requirement: Associate Degree in Accounting

Experience Requirements:

  • Accounting and QuickBooks experience a must.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with and communicate with fellow team members and customers.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
