A day in the life of an Accounting Associate
- Completes bank reconciliations and auditing
- Creates client invoices through expense coding
- Codes and enters invoices into Quickbooks system using Chart of Accounts
- Data entry of payables/receivables (AP/AR)
- Runs commission reports for Sales team
- Assist with customer service taking calls and entering information
Requirements for the Accounting Associate position
- Intimate understanding of the accounting process (accounts payable, accounts receivable and basic accounting principles)
- 4+ years working in a Bookkeeper role
- QuickBooks knowledge and experience preferred
- Previous office experience
- Ability to multitask while being detail oriented and organized
- Excellent, friendly customer service skills
