We are looking for an Accounting | Accrual W/ Job Costing person to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• General Ledger
• Payroll (Includes Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll)
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, Sales tax reports (other states), taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Maintain Job Log & Job Files
• Workers Comp Ins. Spreadsheet
• All Banking/Post Office trips as needed
• Petty Cash
• Maintain DL Warranty Info
• State & City Licenses
• Purchase Order Maintenance

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
