Under the direct supervision of the Controller, performs financial analyses and pro-formas to support decision making. Focus on turning data into information by creating value added analyses and specialized reports with the ability to present findings to management. Utilize accounting experiences to assist in the monthly close process, prepare financial statements, tax schedules and has an in-depth understanding of accounting principles ensuring the integrity and adequacy of the company's internal controls, accounting policies and procedures and accounting records.

Major Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial analyses to support decision making as requested.
• Conduct mining from raw data to produce relevant spreadsheets, graphs and flowcharts.
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Prepare audit schedules to complete annual audit
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Provide support during month-end close and reporting
• Provide support and coordinate year-end close and tax return preparation requirements
• Assist in developing and implementing business process simplification and standardization
• Generate ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Excellent analytic, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and represent the Steadman Clinic in a mature, professional manner at all times.
• Proven history of ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; excellent critical thinking skills, ability to work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Must be energetic, quality driven and have proven ability to be productive member of a cohesive team of peers dedicated to providing optimum patient care.
• Must maintain a professional and collegial working relationship with other Steadman Clinic personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Accounting
