SUMMARY: The Account Executive is responsible for fully understanding our client’s needs and will work directly with them to learn their goals and objectives. They will establish ways to meet those goals and objective while ensuring the services are delivered on time, and up to the client’s standards. We are currently looking for an Account Executive to be the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to our client, NetJets.

Schedule: Sat – Sun required; Weekday flexible

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOSSIBILITIES:

  • Primary liaison and point of contact between NetJets and EmpireCLS
  • Communicate pertinent information between both parties; maintaining strong relationship between the same
  • Manage and enhance overall relationship with NetJets Travel, Owner Services Teams and other key departments within NetJets
  • Maintain constant communication channels with EmpireCLS Operations Management to ensure service levels are being met
  • Assist Owner Services Teams with any ground related questions or requests
  • Book reservations upon request by client via phone, email or in-person and for NetJets owners who choose to arrange their ground transportation directly with EmpireCLS
  • Responsible for booking all same day & next day reservation requests from the Vendor Web Access platform
  • Perform quality control checks on reservations daily and confirm all trip details
  • Review and compare reports and trips details to EmpireCLS systems ensuring accuracy
  • Communicate any special requirements to dispatch team, quality control, affiliates and/or NetJets
  • Generate daily incident report and research all service deviations; provide resolution to NetJets and/or end client
  • Review rejection data and work with appropriate departments/teams on resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast pace environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in Travel and Account Management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in an office environment and the position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and telephones

  • Ability to perform computer work for 8+ hours a day in an office setting is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
