Great Direct Hire Opportunity for our client in Des Plaines - Account Manger/Key Accounts!

Do you have Key Accounts or Account Management experience in a Distrubution or Manufacturing environment? If so, this may be the position for you!

$52,000.00 to $62,000.00 annually - Account Manager 1

$63,000 to $77,000 annually - Account Manger 2 (Key Accounts, 5 years MFG exp + hospital exp)

Account Manager/Key Accounts Responsibilities:

• KPI'S Goal Setting and Achieving - working with the client's top customers
• Develop and Execute Strategic Account Analysis Plan
• Logging pertinent information to the customers’ accounts in our CRM system
• Quoting, quote follow up, expediting, executing specific customer requirements
• CRM ownership – Customer Opportunities and Sales Funnel
• Conduct weekly meetings with AM Team to drive collaborative success
• Reach out for Purchase orders on service and sales jobs
• Maintain and Expand Existing Customer Growth> 3-4%
• Support outside sales in customer acquisition and Sales Funnel> 3-4%
• Upsell and provide alternate quotes/ solutions

Requirements:

• 2 or 4-year degree preferred
• Strong EXCEL skills
• 2-5 Years of Account Management/Customer Service in a manufacturing environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency, Typing / Keyboarding proficiency
• Superior Communication skills - verbal and written
