Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? Skin Rejuvenation Clinique has over 30 years in the beauty market locally and nationally, and we're looking for a bright individual to assist with B2B and B2C accounts at our main office.

In this role, you will communicate with clients via phone, text and/or email to confirm orders, process orders, manage merchant accounts, grow accounts and foster a positive reputation with customer service. You will also push promotional features and marketing resources with national wholesale accounts.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Responsible for answering, processing, and documenting calls, texts and emails from customers and representatives
• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Responds to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Efficiently utilizes resources and tools available to meet customer needs and requests
• Solve problems creatively, be intuitive, work independently
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage/use multiple types of software, programs, and screens
• Assist with sales or marketing projects, campaigns, events, etc.
• Work with a team towards organizational goals

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and organize follow-up calls and messages
• Call center (phone calls) and email contact experience required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shift
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Fluent in standard computer applications (email, invoicing) with an ability to learn new software

Pay: $9.02 - $18.00 per hour
