The Account Management team at NetBase Quid is filled with dedicated, ambitious employees who build strong partnerships with our clients. Account Managers are responsible for the retention and expansion of our existing client relationships. In this role, you will oversee the renewal and growth of a portfolio of accounts. As an Account Manager, you will have a direct impact on the success of your clients and the company. The relationships you develop with clients will increase client loyalty, referral rates, and account growth.

This role is focused on the Brand account management segment of our business. You will be expected to speak knowledgeably to Agency customers about how they can get the most value from NetBase Quid.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

  • Main point of contact for a book of business with mid-market brand client base
  • Carry and exceed retention and growth quota by negotiating contracts, upselling, and cross-selling NetBase Quid's platform suite.
  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual customer retention targets through owning and facilitating the renewals process, end to end, for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage client relationships in the form of business reviews or follow up meetings to enhance customer relationships.
  • NetBase Quid liaison for client tactical questions or escalations, relationship reviews, renewal processing and growth identification.
  • Account Manager will partner with customers stakeholders to understand our service, training, and support processes and direct them to the appropriate support systems/assets as needed.
  • Develop accurate forecasting and account plans, quarterly account reviews and associated internal reporting requirements to demonstrate client relationship progression.
  • Partner and engage with other internal teams to support customer retention needs
  • Provide daily and weekly status updates and forecast reports on renewals and upsells to the sales organization and management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Quota-Carrying role such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success within a SaaS technology business
  • Driven and goal-oriented Account Manager
  • A demonstrated track record of an account management skillset
  • Track record of understanding product and ideas quickly and then applying those to prospects and client use cases
  • Comfortable discussing and negotiating pricing, budget and business value of a premium product.
  • Exceptional communications and presentation skills to consistently influence and persuade clients including client follow-up
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, innovative, team environment
  • Consistent earnings in past Account Executive or Account Management quota carrying roles
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com and the Microsoft suite including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint. Experience with Gong, Scratchpad, & Looker a plus.
