Eagles Point Security is looking for an Account Manager to assist with day-to-day operations of an assigned account. Our goal is to build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
- Develop / maintain operational procedures so that valid, site-specific post orders are always available for reference by the security staff.
- Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting his needs; meet with regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise and solutions. Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience with data management
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Great customer service
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Business Administration or related field experience
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
