The company is hiring for the position of Account Executive to join its commercial sales group. The position is based in Abilene, TX, but with opportunities to sell state-wide.

JOB SUMMARY:

Account Executive will sell customized telecommunication services to business clients and is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing accounts
• Promote and sell AMA's business class Voice, Internet, and Managed Services
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain strategic accounts
• Generate proposals and presentations for potential customers
• Partner with internal support teams to determine appropriate customer solutions
• Negotiate pricing, service level, and contract terms with clients
• Communicate effectively with cross functional teams
• Ensure high satisfaction throughout customer lifecycle
• Update and maintain customer records in sales tracking tools

Qualifications:

• Three years outside sales experience
• Proficient using Windows-based software applications
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Strong people and relationship management skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to analyze accurately with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability to comply with all Company safety procedures
• Appropriate valid driver's license and driving record per Company standards

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years consultative selling
• Bi-lingual/Española
