Job description
Situation, a digital-first agency building passionate communities for live experience-based clients like Madison Square Garden, WICKED on Broadway and The Metropolitan Opera, seeks an Account Coordinator to support the day to day execution of digital marketing plans and content production. This role will report to the Account Supervisor. The right candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, digitally-focused, proactive, and collaborative.
What You’ll Do
The Account Coordinator works in our NYC office and plays a key role in supporting the account team and executing the digital marketing plan for our arts and entertainment clients, collaborating alongside counterparts in the Creative and Media departments. They are responsible for administrative tasks and facilitating communication and workflow within our internal team.
Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office three days per week.
Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Write and distribute client-facing notes following all meetings
- Manage creative job requests, inclusive of creating project briefs
- Quality-assure that digital campaigns are ready to launch
- Execute organizational support for the account including emailing the client for approvals
- Work with Project Manager to ensure production jobs are proceeding according to plan
- Manage website updates via a CMS and execute content checks to ensure marketing message is correct and timely
- Find opportunities for internal process refinement
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing, agency, and/or digital experience
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of the digital space and developing technologies
- Passion for Live Entertainment, Events, and/or the Arts
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
