Graebel Commercial Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to have an overall understanding of Commercial services, including proposals, data entry, reporting requirements, invoicing and billing processes as well as commercial claims in order to provide administrative support for the front line team managing our clients and their service needs.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to qualify new clients via credit application and other corporate required documentation through SFDC or other GCS technology
- Assist to gather information needed to complete final pricing from all project related vendors; Input orders into all required databases and update as required
- Responsible for documentation compliancy such as, COI's, purchase orders, change orders, punch lists, delivery receipts, warehousing weights, shipping/receiving instructions and signed verification of completion of services
- Review, complete and process all required documentation and close out each assigned project
- Understand and assist in the Claims process if required
- Create any required PO's for all service providers
- Provide support by communicating information to vendors and clients
- Assists all project/account involved GCS Managers with ensuring execution of project documentation requirements for auditing purposes
- Prepare and execute all required project material, including preparing move packages inclusive of printing move placards, move labels, floor plans, move documents, etc
Required Skills
- Intermediate skills in data entry and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet high-demand deadlines while providing superior customer service
- Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested
Required Experience
- High school or equivalent. May include specialized classes beyond high school.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in administrative and customer service is preferred.
