Electric Symphony Media is currently operating remotely due to COVID. All interviews and training will be done over the phone and through video calls, and job activities will be conducted remotely for the foreseeable future.
ROLE
ESM is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team of digital media experts, strategists, buyers, and content developers. You’ll be a part of a highly talented agency with exceptional leadership, and niche media experts.
The Account Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day agency account activities with clients and internal agency staff, develop client budget spreadsheets and manage client budgets, and assist the Account Executive and Client Services team by organizing and implementing all projects. They will build strong and lasting relationships with clients based on consistently facilitating the management of all projects and deliverables on time, on strategy, and within budget.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and agency partners, providing leadership and organization with assigned clients regarding project implementation.
- Interface with internal agency departments and clients to advise status of ongoing projects and ensure the smooth cooperation between resources, and the flow of the projects to track them on time, and on budget.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to develop strategic plans for existing clients and new business proposals.
- Assist in market and audience research for all existing and prospective client proposals.
- Manage digital jobs related to web, mobile, online media, PPC, social media, OTT, etc.
- Perform general research about the client’s products or services as needed and continuously benchmark against competitors.
- Responsible for project-related communications, managing client expectations, and monitoring/managing budgets and invoicing for all client work.
- Attend status meetings with the internal team and client.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the Account Executive.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Communications studies, Marketing, Integrated Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of industry or internship work in a traditional or digital agency or similar organization, with experience working with and managing the needs and expectations of clients, external partners, and vendors, and internal departments.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive), and operating in a Mac environment.
- Fundamental understanding of media sales, strategy development, implementation, and reporting.
- Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Experience in assisting with the development of client presentations and proposals.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
PREFERRED
- 1-3 years of experience managing paid traditional, digital, social, and/or experiential media campaigns.
- Working knowledge or familiarity with Tradedesk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other digital and programmatic buying and management platforms.
