Position Summary:

Assist with the management of the administrative and technical requirements necessary to efficiently support mission requirements and the personnel performing duties for access control management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visually monitoring the designated access point for violation attempts and access equipment functionality.

• As required during equipment malfunction periods or increased security measures check the USARCENT security badges of personnel entering the USARCENT HQs facility during the hours specified.

• Ensure personnel without USARCENT security badges are directed to enter the facility via the South lobby and report to the MRD Reception and Information window.

• Monitor and report compliance with the provisions of the USARCENT Security SOP concerning the removal of Government property from the USARCENT HQs facility by checking for possession of required property pass.

• Provide Access Control of deliveries through the North Door ensuring loading dock doors are secured when not conducting loading/unloading operations. Ensure North door access is in accordance with USARCENT Security SOP.

• In case of an emergency condition requiring immediate attention the Contractor's on-site or the ACM will take action at the direction of the Battalion Commander or his designated representative to alert and advise all personnel in and around Building 1947 concerning the emergency situation and the command directed response.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid active Secret Security Clearance.

• System Galaxy end user certification course through a certified System Galaxy agent preferred. Upon successful completion of this course, the Contractor shall submit employee certificates of completion within 10 calendar days of the training to the COR.

• AXIS Camera Station 5 end user certification course through a certified AXIS agent preferred. Upon successful completion of this course, the Contractor shall submit employee certificates of completion within 10 calendar days of the training to the COR.
