At Innocademy Allegan, located in Fennville MI, we guide students to develop the capacity, knowledge, and cultural competence to be actively engaged stewards in their communities and beyond. We are a Y5 through 8th Grade Academy where teachers can be themselves and have a say in how the Academy operates by having teacher-led responsibility teams that cover varying topics from curriculum to family engagement. We create an engaging, flexible, individualized learning environment where creative team members flourish, and students grow academically. How do we do this you might ask? By embracing innovation, small class sizes (usually capped at 24), integrated nature-based activities, and a balanced calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating testing and classroom data to determine interventions needed
• Providing specific, targeted interventions to students
• Partnering with subject area teachers to support students
• Evaluating interventions to constantly improve methods

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
