Company Description

Springling Therapy is a small, clinic and in-home provider of naturalistic developmental behavior therapy to young children with an ASD diagnosis and seeking additional behavior technicians. Springling utilizes the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) which is a comprehensive ABA approach. It is implemented throughout the child's daily routines to boost children's social-emotional, cognitive, and language skills and focuses on these core areas:

• Naturalistic applied behavioral analytic strategies
• Sensitive to normal developmental sequence
• Deep parental involvement
• Focus on interpersonal exchange and positive affect
• Shared engagement with joint activities
• Language and communication taught inside a positive, affect-based relationship

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description

• Implement ESDM programming 1:1 with child in their home, clinic, and preschool settings (ESDM training provided)
• Participation in weekly overlap with BCBA
• Caseload of 2-3 families
• 30-40 hours/week guaranteed (both direct and in-direct hours)
• Pay is dependent on experience
• Service area in Dallas.

Certification Requirements

RBT certification is required for this position. Springling Therapy provides naturalistic developmental behavior intervention to children ages 3 and under exclusively and supervision experience is focused on this style of ABA intervention as well as the ESDM model.
