From your PASSION to ours

Milk Intake Operator is Responsible for the reception of raw materials, for loading whey and for maintaining product quality and food safety. Hours: 3rd shift relief hours vary between 4:00 pm - 6:30 am

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key Responsibilities, this includes the following, other duties may be assigned.

1.Unload truck after checked and record antibiotic, pH and temperature of the product and after put filter between milk truck and silo

2. Load whey after checked pH and protein ratio

3. Report any problems and /or concerns to the RSPC supervisor or manager

4. Ensure a good communication with other RSPC operators

5. Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed

6. Follow technical parameters (temperatures, chemical concentrations, pH, acidities, antibiotics, fat, proteins contents ,etc…)and quality programs to ensure the quality and specifications of product are continually met

7. In charge of verifying CCP#1 for antibiotics test

8. In charge of verifying oPrP#1 Milk filtration at receiving

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education/Experience

• One year experience in related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Pasteurizer certification preferred but not necessary.

Specialized Knowledge

• Applicant must be detail orientated and reliable.

Skills/Abilities

• Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day.
• Must be willing to work over 40 hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday work will be required.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and dynamic, flexible and receptive to new ideas, down to earth and pragmatic, analytical and attentive to detail. He or she will also be capable of working independently in adherence to regulations, of managing stress and remaining calm under pressure, and be able to demonstrate an inquiring mind and well-developed observational skills. Sign On Bonus & Pay:

We are offering a $2,000* Hiring Bonus to candidates for hourly positions. *Bonus amount is a gross amount. $1,000 will be paid out in following paycheck 90 days after hire; an additional $1,000 will be paid out in following paycheck 180 days after hire. Temporary, part-time and certain rehired employees are not eligible.

Pay: $21.50/hour plus $2.50 shift differential for 3rd shift. Weekend Premium 20% more (+$4.30/hr). Lactalis offers very competitive pay, benefits and paid time off. Hours: 9:30 pm - 5:30 am.
