To facilitate this growth, the company is looking to hire an exceptional candidate to act as its 2nd shift production supervisor.

Primary Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for operating injection, and at times, conventional presses, to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods while reporting to the 3rd shift supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple injection presses to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods
• Operate multiple conventional presses as needed
• Trim, inspect and box parts after molding
• Accurately record output on daily production worksheets
• Monitor quality using visual inspection and via software data entry
• Perform daily cleanup of press and other production areas

Suggested Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience and comfort with industrial machinery, computers and data entry
• Proven track record of leadership and associated skills including excellent attitude, communication and the belief that anything can be accomplished
• Strong reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to lift heavy loads

Compensation & Benefits

• $14.82 per hour plus a target bonus of $2.00 per hour, brining target pay to $16.82 per hour ($14.72 per hour for A shift + $0.10 per hour shift C shift premium = $14.82).
