This position provides general Human Resources support to Supply Chain Distribution Center in the Shafter, CA area.

This is a second shift position and an ideal candidate has experience working mid shifts.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10pm - 6:30pm with some Overtime hours and weekends required occasionally

Compensation: $18.50

Daily administrative responsibilities encompass virtually all aspects of HR, including addressing HR concerns, administration of corrective action, responding to associates questions regarding HR processes/programs, attendance program tracking, file maintenance, new hire orientation and recruiting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proficient at computer skills, with Excel and Word software experience
• Bilingual
• Previous HR Generalist experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to use language and terminology appropriate for the audience
• Sense of urgency
• Maintain confidentiality
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Understand the priority and importance of serving our customers
• Competency with reporting and deadline responsibilities.
