Opportunity Summary: As the 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you will plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of all product received either from suppliers or production shop to meet internal and external customer requirements effectively and efficiently. The hours for this role are 2:00 pm until 10:30 pm.

• Closely monitor the compliance with all safety policies and operation of equipment
• Research, recommend and implement appropriate equipment to ensure safe transport and storage of all products
• Maintain quality process and measures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the completion of all required paperwork and data entry by warehouse team
• Coordinate scheduling and routes with drivers
• Fulfill customer orders as needed, including all material handling
• Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. Oversees the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Planning loading and routing trucks for delivery
• Monitor and measure warehouse performance and quality metrics. Provide reporting to management as required.
• Conduct routine maintenance on all material handling
• Keep warehouse accessible and safe for sales and administrative staff
• Meet with customers, in partnership with sales representative, to discuss warehouse capabilities or concerns
• Work with packaging engineers/designers to meet customer needs
• Attend the participate in company leadership meetings, as required
• Fulfill customer orders as needed, including all material handling

What you need to succeed:

• Two or more years’ experience as a warehouse team leader of supervisor required.
• Coursework in Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field preferred
• General fluency in English required, verbal and written.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Preferred forklift experience
• Basic computer literacy required, prefer knowledge of MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
